If you have a complaint about any aspect of our fundraising, including the conduct of our fundraisers, fundraising communications or the way we engage with donors and supporters, please let us know.
How to make a fundraising complaint
- Email donations@uwcatlantic.org with details of your complaint
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 working hours and aim to provide a final response within one month
- We will treat your complaint seriously, sensitively and with appropriate discretion
UWC Atlantic is registered with the Fundraising Regulator, the independent regulator of charitable fundraising in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and we are committed to following the standards set out in the Code of Fundraising Practice.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator through the complaints process on its website: https://www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk/.
