Systems Transformation Pathway
Over 60 years ago, our College ignited bold innovations, founding the UWC movement, co-creating the IB Diploma and inventing the RIB. Today, we are pioneering once again.
Education has failed to keep pace with global challenges, but our small, ambitious College is leading a new learning revolution. Will you support this radical approach?

Innovative curriculum
In 2023, we launched the Systems Transformation Pathway (STP) with the IB, a new and transformative curriculum that allows students to earn the full IB Diploma while tackling climate change, biodiversity loss, energy transition, mass migration and the scarcity of water.
Our first two cohorts of graduates have been accepted into universities around the world including Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Brown, Princeton, Stanford and Hong Kong University.
The STP has shown amazing results. The University of Cambridge have been embedded in the STP to research its impact and their report endorses the STP as the "blueprint for the future of education." Finally, the IB who began this pilot with us in 2023, have announced plans to roll out the STP across all IB schools by 2030 and calls this “the most significant milestone in IB innovation in decades.”
Our next vision is to expand this transformative programme to schools and educators worldwide.
Will you support the first six years of transformation?
By July 2025, we aim to raise £500,000 to expand our teaching staff, develop the programme, and share our learnings globally.
From 2025 to 2030, we plan to reimagine our educational spaces, to create modern, flexible learning environments for this pioneering curriculum. To truly launch and scale this approach across the IB, we must build a collaborative Education Hub to house future learning at the college.
We invite you to help shape the future of education. Join us in this bold initiative to equip young leaders to solve global challenges.
