Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC)

At UWC Atlantic, the castle is the hub of student support and wellbeing, designed to have all of the help students need in one place, from university guidance to counselling. The heart of this is called our Teaching and Learning Centre or TLC.

The TLC is where students can access the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) coordinator and our English as an Additional Language (EAL) support base. Our Counsellors and Drama Therapist are also located close to the TLC. 

The Pastoral Hub houses our dedicated wellbeing team led by our Vice Principal of Student Life & Safeguarding, Wellbeing & Belonging that includes: Heads of Years, the Clinical Psychologist and the Head of Residential Life.
