At UWC Atlantic, safeguarding is fundamental to the way we live, learn and grow together. We bring together young people from across the world in a deliberately diverse community and aim to create an environment where every student feels safe, respected, heard and able to be themselves.
We believe safeguarding is more than compliance; it is a shared responsibility and an expression of the UWC values and mission. Through education, open communication and active consent, we work together to promote wellbeing, prevent harm and respond with care and integrity if concerns arise.
