Mighty Morgannwg

We believe every student deserves a safe, healthy and inspiring place to live. That’s why, as part of our strategic plan, we are committed to upgrading all our student houses to the same high standard by 2029.

This year, we’re focusing on Morgannwg House or was it Howells, Kumalo or Silkstone when you were at AC? Whatever its name, it was the same walls and the same cherished home with amazing memories.

Now we need your support to lovingly restore your former home. Through our Mighty Morgannwg Campaign, we are raising funds for a full renovation of the house. Guided by expert architects, this £1.6 million project will:

• Improve the living and social spaces
• Support learning and engagement
• Increase energy efficiency
• Boost community wellbeing
• Show pride in our AC campus

We’ve already seen what’s possible with last year’s transformation of Powys House. Now, it's Morgannwg's turn. With your help, we can give current and future students the comfort, care and community they deserve.
